A collaborative work, 'Ampersand Magazine' includes pieces from thirteen artists. Featured are a colourful mix of art styles, including writing, graphics, and collage. Common themes are absurdism, satire, and politics. While the magazine does not have a publishing date, an included poem by Charles Gray is dated to July 1991.
24 pages, 285 x 204mm. The work is a combination of text and illustration in print with some inclusion of other items for collage. These include fur, hair, a penny, and glitter and a chip-fork in a small plastic zip-lock bag. The magazine has its original stapled illustrated cover.
'Ampersand Magazine' was produced by Fire Dog Mothers in a limited edition of 200.
